How fast can you come out for a pest inspection?
We usually offer same-day inspections and next-day at the latest when routes allow. For active problems we have an on-call line for faster help.

Who owns Austin Pest Control and are you a local company?
We are a family-owned, second-generation Austin business started in 2006. Our techs live and work in Austin neighborhoods and know local yards, creeks, and homes.
Plans
What does the Basic quarterly plan include?
The Basic plan gives outside treatments four times a year to stop ants, spiders, roaches and other common pests. You also get free callbacks between visits if pests come back.
Pricing
How much does a typical home plan cost each month?
Plans range from about $45 to $165 per month based on home size and plan level. Most homes fall in the $79–$99/month range for a full-service plan.
Process
What should I expect during my first service visit?
A tech will do a short walk-around, point out entry spots, then treat the outside barrier and set baits or traps as needed. You’ll get a simple report with photos and any do-it-yourself tips.
Safety
Are your treatments safe for kids, pets, and the creek-side yard?
Yes — we use an IPM-first plan and GreenPro-approved products to cut chemical use and risk. We can also offer pet-safe timing and wait until sprays dry before pets go out.
Termite Bond
What does your termite bond cover and can it transfer with a home sale?
Our termite bond covers annual monitoring and any needed re-treats while the bond is active. Bonds are transferable to the buyer and we handle the paperwork for a small transfer fee.
